Why quit? I have been smoke free for 14 months, however my very close friend had emergency open heart surgery Friday. The doctor was very concerned cause she had only 50% of her lung capacity. Yes you have probably guessed why, COPD. She has no choice now but to quit or not be able to breath without help. It is NEVER too late to quit. So for you newbies, don't give up.
