As we all know, the journey we're on is much like a rollercoaster. We have good days, and we have bad days.
I have been blessed with about 4 of the best days since I quit smoking. I haven't given smoking much thought and don't really miss it.
HOWEVER, I never take these days for granted because I know it can turn in a flash. This is all part of the quit smoking journey.
Still I never look ahead any more than...ONE DAY AT A TIME.
One day at a time will see you through. The rough times are temporary and its REALLY nice to know that as time goes on, the rough times become fewer and fewer.
I can tell you this, because after 24 years, I'm finally living it.
Be proud to be a non smoker!!!!
Cheers, Jan :)
