Thank you!! I was on the road for these posts so I just saw them. It was a difficult week...but..with the help of a bag of carrots, one of celery...and apples and oranges...oh and a lot of water...and...ummm..my cell phone to call friends and tell them how much I hate Philip Morris...I managed to make it through...3 traffic jams in and around NYC....without...a smoke..although I was tempted to beat up the homeless guy who was standing on the cork screw with his little sign...i'm sure he must have had a pack of smokes somewhere in his stuff!!!! UGH... Returned home to my quit smoking CD's which i'll take on the road with me this week...only to be used when i'm on break of course..NOT while i'm driving... Thanks for all the positives!!!
