Hi Caliproctor. So far so good. Just remember to nurture yourself - your body is going through some big changes and will be healing for a while. A lot of people (myself included) have felt a lot of exhaustion during the first stage of the quit - so nap or just lie back and relax whenever you can. Also, remember to have plenty of substitutes around so you'll be prepared when those craves do suddenly hit. - Freemom My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/29/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 31 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 380 Amount Saved: $126.48 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 22 Mins: 22 Seconds: 19

Cali- Great job. You CAN do this and we're all here to support you. Those shakes stink so rest all you can, when you can. Okay? Drink lots and lots of water.
