Day 4 and my head feels strange. Other for for this dry cough I just started (not sure if its from no ciggs) but my head feels like it has numb spots in it. Really weird Ya I should read more threads here but I cant really stay on the comp that long w/o having a massive craving so I do it in short stints. I admire your identifying your triggers and getting the upper hand. That feeling in your head can be normal. I found that I was spaced-out for a little while - is that what you mean? Take precautions for safety, like when traveling and in the kitchen and bathroom. check back in with us.
