:) Hi FF firstly try to do little things away from your hubby, small tiny things to gain independance you have to really I know it sounds overwhealming but try to go down the rd once a week without him, start slow you can do it.I am in a similar position and allowed myself to get like this the past 2yrs but i will change it now regards sincity

I so desperately want to be able to function on my own and go anywhere I want and not have to worry about my anxiety...It seems so far off. I know it is possible, but it is such a struggle.
