Hi Everyone, This is my first time at this forum but my third attempt at quiting smoking. I had been quit for 4 months before Christmas.....then I used the Holidays as my excuse to start again. I am trying again but it sure is hard. I find that I have to fight urges regulary. I am hoping by joing this support system that I will meet others like myself and that this may give me the extra boost I need on some days. Good Luck to Everyone, Fifi Since Friday, February 16, 2007, I've been smoke-free for: 2 Days, 11 Hours, 11 Minutes, 13 Seconds. I have saved $44.25 by not smoking 74 cigarettes. By not smoking I have added 5 Hours, 2 Minutes, 10 seconds. to my life expectancy.

FiFi, You will like it here. You did it before... you CAN do it again. Make it a happy experience....a positive experience. It doesn't have to be all bad. I have quit several times. And failed several times too. This time I am looking at this as an exciting journey...and IT'S WORKING!! I want to see what real life is like on the other side of the no smoking fence. Those non smokers look pretty happy to me. I know I wasn't happy a smoker. Just tired of the whole worry thing.
