I switched to green mint tea, I found that coffee was one of the biggest triggers for me. Herbal tea is actually good for you too, coffe, if drank in large amounts, can strip your body of essential nutrients, making you feel bad. I would suggest getting a variaty pak of tea- it helps you dring lots of water (which will get the toxins out of your body faster) and it tastes good without cream or sugar.
