Where are you Pat? Are you still with us? Just dropping by to check on a few quitters and I don't see you. I'm not sure about the medication you are using. I am a cold turkey quitter. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth. If this quit is going easy for you, which it does for a few, be glad and thank the good Lord above. I kicked, screamed and fought my way through my quit. Lucky you! Perhaps your prep work is the key to your success. I'm really not sure. Just take one step at a time and don't light up no matter what may come your way. Sounds like you are off to a great start to me. Congratulations on day one!!!!! Just wondering how you are doing. I'm sure you are fine. All that prep work has to mean success. Breathe, breathe, breathe. ooh wonderful image. You may not feel this calm as you go through withdrawal, but close your eyes frequently and remember this resolve. The freedom is truly delicious!
