Blondie, If it were your appendix, you'd know it! You would be doubled over in pain. If you are female and it is mid cycle, you could have ovulation pain. I know this because I went to the ER doubled over in pain and they thought it was my appendix until they did an ultrasound and found that a mid-cycle ovarian cyst had ruptured (this was nothing serious - it just hurt like crazy). Before it ruptured, I just had mild pain for a few days. But like you said, you probably pulled a muscle, silly!!! If you can still function, then it is probably nothing. If it's still there in a few days, call your doctor.

Panic and anxiety are not comfortable feelings and in most cases we feel terrified. The best advise that I have for you is that you can mange these feelings and get better. You can do this by using our Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. This program is under the heading "TOOLS" and can be found to the left of this page. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any question or concerns with our program you can contact Susanne or me at support@paniccenter.net. We are the Support Specialist for The Panic Center and are open to any questions or concerns you may have. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Melanie

Omg! I jsut cant stop worrying about things! Now i am worried about my appendix! I have a stomache ache there (right in the appendix spot) and i am freaking out! I really dont think it is my appendix because i ran and played golf yesterday, and i think i must have pulled a muscle. The pain goes away and it really isnt that but but in my mind it is! Can you give me some suggestions to make it go away? Thanks! :(
