3rd day of cravings

Jan, This is not uncommon and also referred to as the 30 day pit. It is temporary and it does pass. Just as you said get back to basics and be sure to reward yourself for your first month smoke free. Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

It's wonderful that you have gotten through this rough patch. I know what you mean be getting tired of fighting the cravings, that's my biggest difficulty. All my energy is taken up in the crave fight. It seems like they come back every 30 days or so. For how long, I don't know. This journey is down a long dark hallway, the lights come on only when you get close.
