Good for you for not having them in the house. The only way to kick the addiction is to NOT SMOKE. If you do, you'll be right back where you started. Don't listen to the junkie talk in your head. Thoughts like "I can't start my day..." or "The world is leaving me behind..." are your addiction speaking to you and telling you lies. Don't believe the lies that tell you to smoke. If you feel lost, stay right here...we will help you understand where you are and how to cope. Read lots of posts and turn your thoughts into positive ones. Smoking is not an option anymore!
