You are doing a great job. There will be rough spots but I always asks my self if I smoke will it make the situation better? The answer is always no. The urges get further and further apart until you'll hardly have them anymore. Triggers only fire for a while and then they diminish too.
After about 4 months it will seem like you haven't smoked for years. It will be a thing of the past, a memory without understanding why you hadn't quit long before you did.
Keep it up - home free is closer than you think.
