Through the first 7 days. I notice some people call it Hell week in this group. Not a bad description of my memory of the last week. But I'm not going to dwell on that today because I'm feeling good. I realize it's important to remember that week in the future because I never want to go through it again - but not today.
I'm using food as reward, but good balanced meals. Today will be prime rib roast for Sunday supper (apologies to vegetarians, but my wife and I are not.) I'm using some of the old smoke money to buy a better cut at the butcher than I would have in the past. Since I love to cook and eat, this is very rewarding.
