I knew it was time to quit when: I was wheezing everytime I walked upstairs The sinus infections were non stop The morning smoker's cough lasted ALL day The nicotine started staining my moustache My mother-in-law was diagnosed with cancer I wanted to quit more than I wanted to smoke Do this for your health!!!
