Hello Phoebe1,
It is true that you are too work through your symptoms but having dizzy spells can be dangerous. Have you seen your family physician? It is important to let them know what is going on. In the meantime I would recommend just getting through the dizzy spell by kneeling on the floor or sitting until it passes.

hi sometimes i feel dizzy too. Mostly everything just goes white, like i cant see. i just try to carry on with what i am doing and it usually goes away. I only get relly dizzy when i have a big panic attack.
One of my main symptoms is dizzines. I was wondering how any of you combat this. Sometimes I'll be walking down the hall in work, and all of a sudden this dizziness creeps up. My head starts swimming, I start to feel off balance and feel that I cannot see straight in front of me. I quickly rush back to my desk (my safe place) and sit down. The average person, when experiencing dizziness, will stop in their tracks until it passes, but we who have panic are supposed to work through our symptoms and continue what we are doing. I find this very difficult when feeling dizzy, especially while walking.
I was just wondering if anyone experiences the same, and what you do about it.
