I am celebrating my first day, I will give myself a pat on the back for making it 24 hours. The day was not bad, but I did catch myself thinking about a smoke a few times. I have been with my children all day, I have never smoked around them, just hid so I could sneak my smoke. Anyway being with them makes it easier to be distracted from my craving. I know the challenge-tough days, are ahead of me, the days when I am alone. I am grateful for this site, I can now tell myself I am not alone there are others out there that want me to be smoke free.
