Dear Chuck, If the weakness/numbness is not something you have felt before during a panic/anxiety situation, I would recommend going to see your doctor. It is important to let them know about it. Keep posting, let us know how you are doing. Susanne

I was having a particularly nasty long strung out panic attack the other day, and when i went to pick up my fork to have something to eat i found it difficult to hold it proberly and felt my hand was weak and numb, it wasn't the usual tingling sensation it was more just not being able to tell my hand what i wanted it to do.- pretty strange... anyone else had this? Just wonderin ' Thanks in advance Chuck
