EMDR

Sorry Steve. I have looked up EMDR and see that it is a therapy involving rapid eye movements whereas EFT is a tapping of meridian points therapy. I read about EFT on a quitting Paxil site and it is a really kooky thing as they said but it seems to have brought me some relief.

Is EMDR the same as EFT ie Emotional Freedom Technique. If it is I can tell you a site to go to. I looked only yesterday and tried it out and drove this morning (my usual problem) with very much less symptoms

Sounds excellent but sure it would cost a fortune. Does anybody have any knowledge or any experiences with it?
