Thanks for responding! I'm glad to know that some SSRIs cause dilation...it's one less thing for me to worry about.

Anna, I have heard from my doc that pupil dilation can happen from SSRI's. Not sure which ones specifically though. Sarah

I've been on just about every SSRI including Paxil & all they do is escalate the hell out of my anxiety, can't really help you there. Sorry, Steve

My eyes seem to be dialated the entire day. Does anyone know if this is a side effect of taking Paxil? Thanks for your reply.
