kat, you could treat yourself to a fave book, or a new hairdo, a manicure, pedicure or something like that! why not get hubby to take you for a weekend away somewhere romantic? lynnexx My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/24/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 27 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 411 Amount Saved: 108 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 2 Mins: 2 Seconds: 46

Hi Kat - You have already saved $80.00 and will have even more by your one anniversary. I haven't done rewards for awhile...and I think I am due....to celebrate my next milestone...I believe I will book a day off work (using up some lieu time) and a pedicure. Since restaurants are smoke-free here, dinner out is always nice. However, I think the reward has to be whatever you want (and preferable not something that you just need) scented candles, a good book, a movie, a day away with a friend, a new item of clothing - whatever makes you happy. I got excited when I spent $10.00 on the plastic liner for my shower curtain instead of cleaning the mildew off the old one! Let us know what you decide...hope it's a good one... Kat, What have you wanted to do that you couldn't when you smoked? There is always something that you have wanted to do. For my first month I treated myself to having my family take me to the movies then out for ice cream afterwards (all my choice of course). Its what YOU want! For my 2nd month I wanted 1/2 day with peace and quiet (I have boys that are little ones and never quiet). Hi all, so I am quickly approaching my one month mark (again)and I was wondering if there were any ideas out there for a good reward. I remember that when I lost my last quit it was around the one month mark when I started to feel really depressed. I know that this bump is in the road ahead and I want to make sure that I have something to look foreward to. So friends, spill your ideas for a good reward that doesn't cost a lot but still enjoyable. thanks all kat My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/23/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 16 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 331 Amount Saved: $80 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 2 Mins: 17 Seconds: 14

I say go and get yourself a really expensive chocolate bar to savor while you sit quietly somewhere and plan out just what your reward will be.....(don't forget the small rewards as you go) ;) Katy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/4/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1770 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 70,812 Amount Saved: $10089 Life Gained: Days: 230 Hrs: 21 Mins: 48 Seconds: 51
