It's awesome that you have already done some rearranging in your life to assist you in this quit! It's really made a difference for me, the changes I made before the quit, and I do so hope it makes a difference for you.
Look at your stats, you are almost 3 days! Aren't you proud? Do reward yourself often, even if it's only a coffee, a flavored water, a tv show you would not usually take the time to watch, or any little thing that you would not usually do for yourself, OK?
