No more cig, Very well put. It is a great feeling to know that you can deal with anything life has without a cig. Yes we will think about it, may even crave, but nicomonster has no power over us anymore. It is a good day for you. And almost 100 wahoo Grace My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/8/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 110 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,208 Amount Saved: $440 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 20 Mins: 41 Seconds: 31

Monica, It really does pass. Dig deep within yourself and hold on to every bit of strength you have. You can do it. You are doing this! Congratulations on burning the bridge nmc. It is quite liberating to feel the freedom. Yes there are still trials ahead but you know that waiting allows the feelings of smoking to go away. There isn't a thing that smoking will solve or make better. The land of the smoke free is definately a different place than the land where smokers live. I am becoming quite acustom to their ways. :) Enjoy the freedom. Quitting is a soul-searching, life changing experience. Enjoy it!!!
