Hi Reg
Congratulations on 14 days - It's amazing how all of our quits are so different. I posted almost every day for the first couple weeks - either to rant or to find out if I was normal or to get perspective and remind myself that this too will pass.....but then again, that's how I have always dealt with issues in my life - ranting, talking gets it out of my system so I can move on.
The first two weeks were one day at a time for me...and sometimes it felt like the craving would never go away - but eventually the craving died down and life went on.
The important thing is that we quit so I say good for us!
