I find myself doing my happy dance in between my "crabbychops" moments. Right now is happy dance time. I'm definitely feeling better than yesterday. My son tells me he doesn't mind me around today. HA! Like he has a choice.
Kudos to the wellbutrin! Sure there are tough times and I get cranky, but they are bearable. Its not a matter of how long can I hold out, its a matter of "SMOKING IS NOT AN OPTION", and therefore I need to find something to do that is enjoyable. End of story. For me, its been making tea, and one of my very favourites is lying on the loveseat in the evening with a great big blanket, where nothing is expected of me. Gee, how long do ya think I can milk that one????
But at any rate, hang in there all you guys new to this quitting thing. There are happy days ahead. Once you stand your ground and tell yourself smoking is not an option, you'll go out of your way to find other things to do.
So hang in there, there's a wonderful smoke free life ahead of you.
Cheers,
Jan
