Hi Nance, I was just over at Bears' congratulating him on his milestone & read your reply. In the end I took your advice & ripped them to bits & threw them away. I really shouldn't have smelled them like I did because now I feel light headed. You were right...so was Danielle, I don't need to hang on to them.
Danielle, you touched on something that I had totally forgotten. Through our Peer Councilling at work, the leader said that it only takes a person 21 days to break a habit, or to start a new healthy habit. So it makes perfect sense to do little things in situations where I used to smoke, so in time it won't even enter my mind.
