Yay im here and i feel great! , Okay i feel dizzy, sick, tired (i cant sleep), tence and a little bit snappy but i dont care because IVE QUIT, i do feel tun's better than yesterday though :) My house is looking so clean, im doing all my spring cleaning, yesterday it was the kitchen, all the cupboards inside & out, and well everything in there (that was the room i smoked in) Today it's been the bathrooms (the other room's i smoked in) Im trying to get rid of every last bit of the descusting yellow/brown dirt that stick's to everything in the room youve smoked in, im going to go right through the house. To me it's cleaning out the old me, getting rid of all the smell's everything's fresh and it keep's me very very busy. Im chewing gum and suger free mint's after every meal or drink and everytime im on the phone, really it's everytime i want to smoke. I am quite lucky though, im home all day with my children, the nearest shop is just over half an hour's walk away, i dont drive and none of my friend's, neighbour's or family smoke so even if i had a wobbley moment (which hasent happend yet) it would take me an hour to get hold of a Cig (by the time id got the kids coat's on walked there etc) This is turning in to a super long post isent it, sorry it just really help's to type it all out (i never smoked at the computer so i feel fine whilst im here typing) It's your big day tomorow isent it, you will be fine, if i can do this, well anyone can do it :) Thank you so much for asking, it mean's alot to know that there's people out there supporting me :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/23/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 1 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 28 Amount Saved: 5 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 2 Mins: 30 Seconds: 49

Way to go Bullseye out with the old and in with the new for a new year new you! Glad to see that you made it thru day one and are into day two by now. Hang in there as the days get a little easier as you go along. Watch that quit meter it is a great motivator for me. You have already added two precious hours to your life, two hours of playing with the kids, two hours pampering you , etc. and just think how the days will eventually add up. Stay stong and keep the quit alive. Looking forward to hearing from you tomorrow Rainie. Re-read your promise as often as necessary to keep you strong in your will to quit. It has certainly opened my eyes this morning. Keep in touch with us here, ask for help when needed and yell scream, cry and pout but do not give into that nico-demon. Hugs to you both!!!
