I was wondering if anyone has any nausea when they first put on the patch. If so if you've found anything that helps with it? I do and it goes away with an hour or two. It didn't happen at first though. I think after this box I am switching to the 14mg patches even though it's going to be 2 weeks early. Only thing I can think of is that it's too much. Thanks! You guys are doing great!!! stick with it..it only get's better As far the nausea thing....If you think it's the patch causing it ..drop down, you are probably right. Remember when we all 1st smoked? If we only went with those 1st intincts!! My experience with dropping down on patch was not bad at all....I enjoy being off the patch now too Keep up the great job guys My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 70 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,419 Amount Saved: $322 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 8 Mins: 15 Seconds: 40

Nicotine gives us nausea. Think of all the first smokes you smoked when you hadn't smoked one in a while. You thought you would throw up. I think you will find going to the 14 mg patch a little more comfortable. I can not tolerate the 21mg at all. Congrats on 14 days quit. Phoebe, Take the time to see if this continues. You may have to check with your doctor and pharmacist regarding side effects. Thanks for all your input members :) Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
