I find that bad dreams sometimes make me appreciative for what I do have in my life. Thank god for you that they are dreams and that they are a source enough of pain to motivate you in your journey. Well Windy.. I really don't want those dreams.. they sound like they are extremely vivid and I'd wake up screaming! Sound more like nightmares -- such hard work to quit and then dream that your smoking would definitely jolt me right up like in the movie "Carrie"! A A A A A A A A!!!! LOL! Well today ends my 21st day... so I'm putting those dreams outta my head and just relax with my extended appendage>>>good ol' crave cart! Night all... I haven't had any dreams of smoking.. But, I will say that now I can fall asleep almost immediately when my head hits the pillow (before quitting I'd toss and turn for what seemed like forever!). And now I can also nap in the afternoon. I don't know why? Anyone else sleep better at night? I go to work early in AM. Napping when I got home was mandatory before quitting. Now, I dont have to nap everyday. Just some days. I can tell my energy level is going up...You know how? My wife noticed it, evidently, She wants the Bathrooms remodeled next!! Nope (No occupational Property Exercise) I have found NOPE works for other topics as well!! I better be careful she might make her own "nope"... Have a good one!!! Something I should add.the majority of the dreams I think are first thing in the morning whilst you lay there half awake if you understand? To avoid some of them wake up and get up! You might even be early for work Might help let me know.. Ed those dreams, those dreams. Along the way I have had real trouble deciding whether they were real or dreams !! I started using the gum after patches and it made my mouth quite sore. One night my tongue was burning hot so I had to stick it out in bed just to get some cool air.In the morning it was fine. to this day I dont know if it was real or a dream honestly.... HAHA Cobenfan and Dunedad! Sounds like my hubby also! I was helping him get the tub surround in when he did the downstairs bathroom at 2 am---had to go to work the next day. I had to crawl between an unfinished wall to help. After all that banging around I got my backend stuck and couldn't get out. Apparently he thought that was funny. He told everyone at work I spent the night between two studs! My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/8/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 74 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,719 Amount Saved: $592 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 15 Mins: 39 Seconds: 41
