As I sit here, sipping on my Nyquil medicine, I dream of white sandy beaches, waiters clothed in a teeny weeny polka dotted swimming trunks, little umbrellas stuck in a coconut shell, and seeing all of my pals who hit the beach before me!! Yeah, I bet y'all thought I was going to say SPEEDO!!! HA!!
Alas I will not be here to celebrate it until a few days after I hit the beach SO I am wishing all of you the best this holiday season and NO SMOKING!!! I do not care how you protect your quit!!! If it means stuffing your MIL in the cleaning closet, then do it!! If it means locking your FIL in teh basement, then do it!! If it means having a food fight in the livingroom, then DO IT!!! Do whatever you must to protect your quit!!
Remember that old saying? You cant beat so you might as well join them? DONT LISTEN!!! It is a TRAP!!
Anyhow, here is a twist to that!! "There is no need to join them when you can BEAT THEM!!!" So there you go, beat the tar out of the cravings and the triggers!!
WOOT!! WOOT!!
