Hi reggie
If you stand back and look at a 10 day quit, well to say it does not come easy; courage, determination and will, will help you to succeed.
Oh my, look how it has favored me Reggie.

I hung out with some friends today who i'm use to having a few beers with and who are all old smoking buddies. I didn't drink any beer, i felt it was way to soon for that and i would be setting myself up for intense temptation. I still had a slight urge to be apart of the old smoking group but i'm proud to say i didn't smoke and i'm really happy to still be an ex-smoker. :)
