Sorry not from that area, the best way would probably be to contact a Mental Health Center in the area and inquire if they have any information. I was able to attend some in the US here, at a Behavioral Hospital, but it was not run by them, they permitted us to us a conference room at their facility to meet, and keep us on the list for other fellow sufferers who inquired about support groups. Does anyone know of any support groups in Toronto where you physically go somewhere and speak to others with anxiety face-to-face?
