Day five or six?

18 years ago 0 29 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Had a tough time of things last night, i was almost out the door to bye some cancer sticks. I didn't go in the end the fact that it was raining cats and dogs might have saved me. Have you ever had a Great Dane fall on your head. It really smarts. Besides that i am now on day six. Or five, my head is on upside down, anyway five or six i am pleased with my progress to date. A big round of applause please. I might not bother chaining myself to the radiator again and have already unhooked the power supply from the doors and windows. There must be three dead postmen and a milkman laid at the front door. I am giving a my weekend a rehash by staying in, lots of beer in a smoke filled room with Mr Nicotine and his evil disciples might prove to be a mistake. So its a DVD and some POP for this one tonight , still there are worse ways to spend the night. Having my hair chewed out by a goat, or having my fingers crushed under a giant pandas transporting cage to name but a few . Oh and not to forget smoking. Will cross saturdays bridge when it gets here. One more thing, don't worry i am not some crazed lunatic its just the way i am standing. You are so funny. I'm picturing the bodies in your front lawn and I'm giggling. Poor innocent bystanders. Stay strong this weekend. I feel your pain with the friends, the beer and the cigs. HUGE trigger for me, and I'm avoiding it for now, but eventually, I will have to face it, and I don't want that part of my life to be deleted. We still have to live, we just need to do it without smoking. We are smart and creative, and I have faith that we can take it one craving and one social situation at a time. HUGS and good luck this weekend, I'm looking forward to your update on Monday. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 10 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 230 Amount Saved: $55 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 22 Mins: 11 Seconds: 59

You are looking really good there Alexander! Keep up the good work! Except for a mandatory trip to the barber with my 16 year old, we have the same weekend planned. To heck with it...we live in rural Tennessee and I CAN find the goat to chew his hair out right in the back yard! Hihihihihihi! Off to Walmart for the newest release.....
