Hi there Susie, 3 Days gone, on to the next. Just take it one day at the time and before you know it a month will be gone. You can do this, like the rest of us. Keep up the good work. Susie144, Congratulations on day three! You are doing well. Just keep ignoring that little bug and he will die. Don't forget to keep up with your rewards. Danielle _________________________ The SSC Support Team

Day 3. Yesterday was ok. A bit confused at times! This morning I have the bug in my tummy....the nicotine bug! I've been telling it that our love affair is over. I think it's suffering. Anyway must get on with life. Happy days for all of us quitters. I think of all of us when I get the urge. No more muck! :)
