Bit of a rough day but I'm OK. I decided today that tomorrow I'm going to start a quit journal. That way if I find that the going is rough, I will know why, and figure out what I can do to change things. I also want to see in writing, the days getting easier as time goes on. I think I'll find that a great source of encouragement as well. I'm actually looking forward to this. I just wanted to thank you all again for all the support and compassion you showed me.
