Windy, How to Add Members: 1. Log into the SSC. 2. Launch the SSC Quitting Buddies Instant Messenger. 3. Click �Add New Contact� at the top of the screen. 4. A screen will pop up. Insert the nickname of the Buddy (their nickname is the name that they use in the Support Group) that you want to add to your contact list and click �Add� 5. You can now begin chatting with your Buddy If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact us through the feedback section. Danielle _________________________ The SSC Support Team

Windy, To launch the new IM, click on the launch icon above the forums. A new window should pop up and that's the IM. We are currently experiencing a few problems. Please patient with us as we work to resolve them. Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

I'm here and signed up!!! Tried it out last night with Butterfly Swimmer and it kind of crashed all the time. Rusty, I had the same problem because I had my pop-up disabled. Rusty PAGE NOT FOUND MESSAGE IN THE PREVIEW PANEL IS RIGHT THERE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN. You are not alone. The messenger will load and you have to take down all you pop up blockers and in my case some anti spy ware software in order to get it up. I am on a "PC" style machine at the moment and will be back on the mac tonight. I have not had any relies not show up.
