I have smoked for over 30 years and have now been smoke-free for 2 weeks! I've been using the Nicoderm patch daily and the Nicorette Inhaler occassionally. Today is a milestone for me. It hasn't been easy, so I have to pat myself on the back today! Baby steps ... baby steps. [font=Tahoma][/font]
