gongrats readytoquit this is also my 3rd week without a cig as you can tell from my post above yours feels great to be smoke free doesnt it :) Keep up the great work being a nonsmoker makes life so much better not having to worry about lung cancer or anything related to smoking later on in life.

wooooohhooooo!!!! ihavent smoked in 3 weeks. boy that feels good! all is good for the moment. no bad craves today.i still have people mad at me at work, but ,oh well!!! im not caving in this time. my reward today was shopping. i bought me anew book to read, some really great smelling bubble bath, some new candles, and 2 new leashes for my dogs.
