11 whole days, just about 2 weeks I can hardly believe it. The time has gone by so quickly. I am buying Step 2 of the patch today, I feel 2 weeks on Step 1 is enough My husband and I are both doing really well no real biggies to speak of except we both are dealing with the constipation. Will get over it I'm sure. Drinking lots of fluids (water and juices) Been reading alot of the posts this am they are all very helpful. 2 WEEKS JUST AROUND THE CORNER YAAA!!!!!!!! ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/16/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 11 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 171 Amount Saved: $121 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 8 Mins: 1 Seconds: 2

Yeah! It is a great accomplishment. Days turn to weeks, then to months. I often look at it like my kid - I can't believe how big she is and she was just a tiny baby yesterday. Time flies. Once you get past those hard cravings, it does get a little better and then better again. Good luck Freedom and keep it up. Freedom, Congratulations on 11 days! Time for a reward! Constipation is common among quitters and it does pass. Increasing your fiber intake as well as your fluid intake should help. If it persists or worsens, see your doctor. Danielle _________________________ The SSC Support Team
