What is your sister's phone number. I hope she's not booked. I would like her to come to my house and just stand there from time to time to reinforce my quit. Older sisters can be like that. That describes my sister perfectly! My only sibling, nine years older than me, she is the anti-smoking tactical squad unto herself!!!! She's never taken up the habit(God, how I envy her), and raises a very non approving eyebrow, along with a comment, if I dare go outside to smoke. Guess where I'm going this weekend? I'm leaving tonight with the rest of my family coming out Sunday for a huge Christmas dinner. My sister and I are finishing up our Christmas shopping this weekend. And no...I can tell you any smoking will be cut to the absolute minimum. God bless her. I grumble at her, yet I love her dearly. I can understand her hatred of the addiction as she lost her husband to lung cancer seven years ago. A yes, he was a very heavy smoker. Who has time to think about smoking anyhow, with shopping, shopping and more shopping? Every day I check my quit meter and now I'm down to 17 days. Pretty soon my meter will be on the plus side. I start the Zyban on Monday. Have a great day and a great weekend as well. Jan, Glad you are not giving up on quitting (or yourself!). YOu deserve to live a long healthy life. My daughter was the same way as your sister (lol). I hated it when she nagged and nagged and nagged. HOnestly I think that is all she did (not really but who knows lol). Anyways, once she stopped nagging is when I stopped smoking.
