A gold star for all of you into your quit. You CAN do it. I'll be celebrating on Thursday. Time does fly by once you've got the devil off your back. Believe me, he does come back once in a while and I shrug him off just as fast. Keep remembering why you quit. Drink lots lots and lots of water and when that's done, drink some more :)(Bottled water the best cause it also keeps your hands busy). I walked a lot. Did the sunflower addiction for 3 years. I still reward myself every 6 months into my quit. This year a pedicure and foot massage(well deserved). Without this site I don't think I would of succeeded. I was even addicted to it.(No lie). Better that those cancer sticks or nails for the coffin as my Mom used to quote. Keep up the good work... I'm proof that it can be done... Believe it. Leez quit on February 22,2002
