well i made it through the day without lighting up. chew a lot of nicorette and ate a lot of fruit! tried other ways to occupy my time. some stuff needed to be cleaned anyway ha ha. the headache is bad but nothing i can't deal with now. i do a lot of deep breathing when the cravings hit and that also helps. please keep up the support for me. i really want this more than anything!!!
