Did you know you can download the same program in booklet form and review it as needed?

Im on the first week of the sessions. I have tried to get back to the first session to review it, but cant. Is my home work for the week just writing down my anxious thoughts and panic attacks? My problem is with driving. Should I be out facing my fears everyday also? I that part of the home work for this week too? Your info would be appreciated.
