Mookie welcome back, I thought I hadn't seen you for a while. Must be going down on the patch right? It's a hard one sometimes. Get back on the wagon you can do this, one day at a time :)Marie My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 143 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,153 Amount Saved: $572 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 22 Mins: 16 Seconds: 41

It has been ages since I have posted but have decided to come back and do this again. I am disapointed in myself for giving up and not seeking the help and support that had been such a positive factor in my non-smoking saga. I know that I give up too easily and don't seek help when I need it most. Tomorrow will be day one and I'm asking for help once again. I know that it has to be something that I truly want to do in order to be successful. The ole nicodemon is a very powerful force that I need to overcome. It the NOPE factor that I have to constantly remind myself to be able to overcome. I will succeed this time. Mookie
