xanax

Hi! I take a VERY low dose of Xanax and I find that it does help with that detached feeling. I suffer from panic disorder, agoraphobia and depression (lucky me) and have been going through a bad spell. I was anti medicine (more like "afraid" of medicine), but finally tried a small amount of xanax. Though it does not help with the depression, it does help me get through the day at work. I'm even considering trying a little bit higher dose. Good Luck.

i just wanted to know, when you feel very detached from yourself and feel like your in a dream world, will the xanax make it go away?
