21 smoke free days and feeling stronger. I'm not putting down my guard though. Had our super bowl party today everyone smoked but myself and my husbands cousin. I came through like a pro. My stepdaughter called me 3 times checking on me. It felt great to have that support. I feel proud and I know that I should.
