I know what you mean! Ain't life grand!
Don't give your little slip another thought. You sound so much more dedicated to your quit now. One day isn't a lifetime of smoking.
You go girl!! You are awesome!

redytoquit,
Forget about the slip. Don't place any importance on it and continue on with your wonderful quit. You're doing fine and never forget that. Don't beat yourself up, give yourself a ((((hug)))) instead.
((((hugs))))),

You know what? I could put a lot more on my meter if I did not count a slip as well. But, really, that is unimportant. My last 'slip' was so insignificant that I felt it should not count, but reset my meter anyhow. It REALLY bothered me for awhile. But then I realized....my quit was more 'mature'. It all evens out in the end....AND it just may serve as a reminder should you think of 'just one' the next time. Remember NOPE!
