I have this saying written in my dayplanner so I can see it every day. The difference between winners and losers is this: Winners are willing to do the work to get the results they want, losers aren't. The first time I saw it, it made me wonder if I was willing to the do the work to get the results I want. You can apply it to almost every avenue of your life. (ie. I have a great garden because I am always out there puttering) I am a non smoker because I am working at getting through the cravings and being ready for stressful situations. If we do the work we are the winner!
