Buspar was not good for me. They put me on a low dosage at first and then moved me up to the full pill. My hands would not stop shaking. It stopped as soon as I stopped taking it. It was scary.

I've been on Buspar about 10 days I have been on Nexium for awhile (40mg) little bit of upset stomach off and on but nothing to bad with the Buspar. I take half of a 15mg buspar twice aday still feel tense and anxious but no actual panic attacks

Last week my DR put me on buspar. I tried zoloft for one week. I had terrible stomach aches, headache and bloating. It seems I can tolerate buspar much better. I am not having as many side effects as zoloft. I do feel a little stomach discomfort and it does go away, and I do feel a bit nervous but am not having real panicy feelings. I am suppose to increase my dosage but havent yet. I hope this helps, but I am new on these meds. Good Luck, Lori

My doc wants to put me on anti anxiety meds. He said about zoloft but as i have a stomach condition (which makes me anxious and is not due to anxiety) which causes upsets anyway i read about zoloft and too many potential side effects were related to stomach upsets and i dont need that on top of mine condition!! Has anyone tried buspar? is it good for anxiety with no vomiting? Has anyone got any ideas i could bring to his attention about anxiety meds that r ok to use with stomach probs? please help me claire xx
