Jan,
Well, you can't undo the deed, but you can learn from it. I hope and wish that you will not make the same mistake I made last time when I slipped and let it turn into a full relapse, and then I didn't get back here for 4 years. That's right, 4 years. So get your self back here RIGHT NOW and do what I say, not what I did, and you can do this, I know you can, but you gotta get rid of those evil nasty things NOW!!! And let us help you discover what went awry with your coping skills, why did you choose to smoke instead of post, and what can you do to shore up those coping skills FOR THIS TIME!
You must plan your quit and work your plan! You just gotta. In recovery programs they say "It works if you work it so work it 'cuz you're worth it!" AND YOU ARE!! Please come back IMMEDIATELY.
Denise
